Teaching Fellow

Teachers at Sant Bani School believe in the development of the whole child. They provide a developmentally designed, nurturing atmosphere of educational inquiry, built on the belief that we have something to learn from everyone. During a one-year teaching fellowship, the Fellow is introduced to a professional career of teaching through attending professional development opportunities and exposure to the theories and methods of experienced teaching faculty.

The Teaching Fellow will contribute to the culture and daily operations of the school by providing assistance with K-8 classes, lunch and recess duties and school activities throughout the school year in the classroom, on the playground and with athletics. This is a wonderful opportunity for a recent graduate looking for teaching experience!

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, experience working with children, strong written and verbal communication skills, flexibility, coaching experience preferred.

Compensation: $15,000 with campus housing, including utilities; or $18,000 without housing.
